Ticketbank.co.uk Was formed in 1999 to provide Online Box Office services to Promoters of Festival and Dance events
Being one of the first Companies in the UK to offer online ticketing direct to Customers using the Internet.
This Innovative method of buying tickets was offered as a cheaper and more efficient alternative to the then more traditional telesales Call Centres.These had always been Expensive to Operate due to the numbers of trained staff needed on a 24/7/365 basis.
These costs were ultimately shared by both the Promoter of the Event and the Customer buying the Tickets

Ticketbank.co.uk Won the Southend On Sea and District Business Awards in 2001 in the E-Business Catergory,A big achievement for a Company only founded 24 months before.

Ticketbanks Clients include: The Ministry of Sound,Cream,UDC (Netherlands),Godskitchen,Raindance,Worlddance,Gatecrasher,Frantic (and Brands),Moondance,Posh Funk,South West Four,Eperdemik,Innovation and many many more.

The Ticketbank has provided Onsite Box Office facilities at The Millennium Dome and The Internationally known Knebworth House Estate (Easter '03) for The Ministry of Sound's Legendry Nye's Eve Parties 2001,02,03 (alongside Ticketmaster)and running the Entire onsite Box Office at The Dome for a Month in Dec 03 and Jan 04 for Winter Wonderland on behalf of the Promoters Elliott Hall and Jay Pender and English Partnerships (GoV agency) with the Great Ormond St Childrens Hospital being a major Benerficery of this Event.
