All ticket sales are final - Once ordered and paid for We cannot :

Replace - Refund - Lost - Stolen - Misplaced or defaced tickets

We are unable to duplicate :

Lost or stolen tickets for general addmission events.

Please check before ordering that you are able to travel to an Event.

Our contract with you ends once we have posted your tickets by :

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

To an addresss specified by you either Verbally or by Electronic means.

Please make sure someone is at the address you have given to Sign for the delivery of your tickets

and if not please respond to Royal Mails card for item collection in good time.

We are able to track all items and advise where they are or if and when they have been signed for.

Items lost by Royal mail special delivery (Very Rare) can sometimes be compensated for by them in certain circumstances.

We will assist you in any way possible with making a claim by way of furnishing proof of posting / tracking numbers etc ( but not legal costs )

If an event is cancelled by a promoter:

we will refund the face value of the tickets if the tickets are recieved by us within 21 days of notification of the cancellation of the event.

If an event is re-scheduled the tickets will be valid for the new date and refunds cannot be made by us.

Tickets posted to Countries outside of the UK cannot be tracked by us.

The delivery number changes on leaving the UK :

to the foreign Countries own number of which neither us or Royal Mail can get a copy....

This means we cannot accept any responsability for delivery of Non - UK orders.

These are ENTIRELY at your own risk

If you are unhappy about this contact us,We can arrange at Extra Cost :

Insured Courier Delivery, to most Countries

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All purchase contracts entered into by you are deemed to be under UK law.

Any matter not able to be dealt with amicably or by a " Professional Arbitrator " will be settled under UK law.

" An agent for the Promoter "

and Supplies the ticket for an event on their behalf.

We Strongly advises you to read all Warning Notices normally found on the reverse of their tickets.
